Zoe Day

Zoe Day (Junior and Mini Squad - Parkinson)

Zoe has been involved with swimming her whole life, first as a swimmer then as a Learn to Swim Teacher and now as Junior Coach, creating a thorough understanding of stroke development from the beginning. With her background of Strength and Conditioning, Zoe has a great understanding of biomechanics, which helps her achieve amazing results with her young swimmer’s techniques and skills. Her passion for swimming is contagious and easy to see through her Mini Squad swimmer’s smiles.

Zoe has been instrumental in the development of the successful Mini Squad Program at Parkinson Aquatic Centre.

Club nights are about building team spirit and to provide swimmers with a friendly and fun atmosphere giving them the opportunity to experience carnival style races in a more relaxed environment, putting into practice what swimmers learn in training.

They are also a good occasion for parents and carers to connect and see their swimmers in action.

We look forward to your involvement and feedback on how we make it a great experience for all our swimmers regardless of their level.

Time: 5pm – 6.30pm
Dates: Fridays (29/10, 12/11, 26/11) and 03/12 EOY party
Where: Parkinson Aquatic Centre

All swimmers in these squads are required to call/text/email the coach if unable to attend a session.
